Unable to ping or login to web GUI

1. possibility:

Encoder and Computer/Laptop does not work in a same IP range

Encoder is pre-set to a static IP in default. For example, TBS2604 V2, it's pre-set to "ip: 192.168.1.168; net mask: 255.255.255.0; gate way: 192.168.1.1".

Please make sure your Computer/Laptop is also has an IP which is same range as Encoder. For example, manual add extra IP "192.168.1.100; 255.255.255.0" for your Computer/Laptop.

Then ping Encoder, if ping is reachable, and we login to web GUI.

2. possibility:

Something wrong with Encoder Ethernet. For example, hardware damaged. Or, system damaged, Encoder is not booted correctly, Ethernet Initialization is failed, Eth. Port even does not light up.
