Frame rate/Key interval (key frame) setting trick

For example, the input is 1920x1080p_60hz, then we recommend to set "frame rate" to 60fps or 30fps; If the input is 1920x1080p_50hz, then we recommend to set "frame rate" to 50fps or 25fps.

And if "frame rate" is set to 60fps, we recommend to set the "key interval (key frame)" to 60/120/180fps, also means every 1s (key interval=60fps), 2s (key interval=120fps), 3s (key interval=180fps) per "I frame" (GOP structure is IPPP).

If "frame rate" is set to 50fps, we recommend to set the "key interval (key frame)" to 50/100/150fps, also means every 1s (key interval=50fps), 2s (key interval=100fps), 3s (key interval=150fps), per "I frame" (GOP structure is IPPP).

Normally, more frames the video will be more smooth. But, more frames will also impose a burden on the decoder.
