The DVB-S2 to DVB-C modulator is combined by a TBS8510 Video transcoder, a TBS6904se DVB-S/S2/S2X Quad Tuner PCIe Card and a TBS6004 DVB-C Quad modulator PCIe card. It supports to convert satellite TV channels to cable TV channels and compress the channels' bit rate in the same time, change the channels' resolution, and so on.
