This form is for WARRANTY & DAMAGE CLAIMS and RETURNS. You must fill out the form to get an RMA number before returning the merchandise.

TBS will refuse and return any merchandise sent without prior approval. Customer Service will contact you within 1 business day of submitting this form.

Please specify serial numbers, problems, and how to reproduce problems for each unit. Be sure to include any other relevant information (i.e. defects, temperature states, special software, etc) that could assist us in repairing your product in a timely manner.

You may also include your trouble ticket numbers for each unit to assist correlating records when you receive the units back. Serial numbers are barcoded on every Eurotech system.

General Terms and Conditions

  • All returns must be pre-approved by TBS. TBS will respond with an RMA number and a list of units authorized for return, and return shipping instructions.
  • Returns without prior authorization by Electrolux Professional will be refused.
  • Returns must be packed in sturdy, ESD-safe containers.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Product Return Form.
  • Any RMA number is valid for 90 days from its date. If after this period of time we have not received the Goods, the customer will be required to request a new RMA number.
