New release candidate RC-3 for v3.7.2 with Build 2025091500 is ready.

Here are changes in this release;

- PCR related improvements in TS engine.
- TBS6032 improvements.
- Transcoding support added for Moi Pro MAX "Advanced" license.
- Custom logo position (watermark) support added for transcoding and hls output.
- Demo license with watermark support added (only with transcoder/hls output).
- Fix to start SNMP service after reboot (if the service activated).
