TBS2604 PoE is a professional 4K@30FPS H.264/H.265 HDMI video encoder with NDI®|HX support. It functions as both a high-performance video encoder/decoder and an HDMI/USB video recorder. With Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, it receives both power and data through a single standard Ethernet cable, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for a separate power supply. Additionally, PoE technology is IEEE802.3af/at/bt compliant, ensuring safe and reliable operation without risk of damaging connected equipment.

As an encoder, the TBS2604 PoE enables you to stream your video source over a local network via standard Ethernet protocols such as HTTP/HLS/RTSP/RTP/UDP/RTMP/RTMPS, or as NDI®|HX streams for seamless integration with other NDI®|HX compatible systems.

As a decoder, the TBS2604 PoE supports video input from HDMI, IP streams, and NDI®|HX streams. It offers H.265 Main Profile, Level 4.1 decoding, as well as H.264 Baseline/Main/High Profile, Level 4.1 decoding, with support for up to H.265 Main 3840x2160@30fps.

With NDI®|HX, the TBS2604 PoE delivers high-efficiency, low-bandwidth video streaming over local networks, making your HDMI sources instantly available to other NDI®|HX compatible systems. It seamlessly connects cameras and other devices to live production systems, video applications, and streaming platforms.
